Etiology:
Dermabrasion to remove old acne scaring.

Treatment:
• Dermabrasion using CO₂ Laser.
• SCAGEL was applied immediately after dermabrasion.
• SCAGEL was applied on area two times daily.
• No other therapy was used.

Results:
• Excellent healing process.
• No pigmentation and no new scaring were observed.
• There was no allergic reaction.
